It’s hard to imagine right now, but the day is coming when we will once again be going on business trips. We’ve all shifted over to teleworking, and video-conferencing holds no secrets for most of us any longer. We’ve become better than ever at distinguishing between what is essential and what is not, but something else has become crystal clear as well: the importance of personal contact.    

As soon as it is possible, we’ll be working together again more closely. Business travel too will be back, in order to visit customers, provide services, hold important meetings, do canvassing, etc.
